I'm a hobby cook with fifteen years in the hotel and restaurant world, working in five-star establishments. I hold a degree and licence as a service instructor, but today I make my living in IT.

Cooking for family and friends has always been my favourite way to unwind, and over the years it turned into a proper hobby — trying new dishes, refining old favourites, and cooking for however many people happened to be around the table.

Feeding a household well, day after day, is always a bit of a puzzle, and I wanted to make it easier for anyone cooking at home. I started with a simple recipe notebook, and after years I found this fantastic way of building an app with all the knowledge I've gathered.

I wanted to prove that you can make a lovely dinner at home with minimum equipment — as long as you have the right ingredients and helpful instructions. So everyone can be the chef.
